With training ground stories leaking left and right around Real Madrid, the latest could eclipse the lot.
Antonio Rudiger was filmed slapping the team’s kitman, and teammate Alvaro Carreras later confirmed a bust-up with the German defender.
It’s now alleged the pair have clashed more than once, and on top of that there was a sensational rumour yesterday.
Claims hit the Madrid media that ahead of this weekend’s Clasico, Fede Valverde and Aurelien Tchouameni had to be separated during another fight.
And now, with stories dripping through day-by-day, perhaps the biggest one yet has emerged.
The alleged Bellingham and Mbappe clash explained
Roberto Morales on El Partidazo de la Cadena Cope claimed that in a January match Jude Bellingham and Kylian Mbappe clashed during half-time.
The pair were targeted with boos and whistles from the Bernabeu crowd after a loss in the Supercopa final which saw Xabi Alonso sacked.
Morales claimed: “On a day when the Bernabéu crowd booed the players and singled out Bellingham, there was a heated confrontation between Bellingham and Mbappe at halftime.
“It was a serious clash, and there have been others.”
He added: “If we go back a little further, Vinicius threw a fit when Mbappe reappeared at the Club World Cup with Xabi Alonso.
“That’s when the relationship between Vinicius and Xabi Alonso started to sour because he played him in a position he didn’t like, and Vinicius said he didn’t want to play there.
“That’s when he began to see that Xabi Alonso showed Mbappe more affection than he did him.
“You can follow that thread and see that there have been many more.”
