Things are getting worse for Neymar at Santos, and he’s not exactly helping himself.
Santos lost again in the Brasileirão, 3-2 to Fluminense at home, with fears of another season battling relegation.
Currently three points clear of the bottom four with three wins and five defeats in 12 games, fans are quickly growing tired of their supposed talisman.
Neymar played the full 90 in defeat, but provided very little, and post-match he was booed off the pitch.
Just as he was entering the tunnel behind the main stand he then placed his fingers in his ears and moved them around.
The volume dialled up in response, and also on social media where Santos fans took it as him blanking out their justified critique.

Yet Neymar wasn’t having any of it.
“The day has arrived when I have to explain an EAR SCRATCH!” he wrote, re-posting the footage.
“Folks, honestly, you’re going way too hard and crossing the line… it’s just too sad to have to put up with this!
“No human being can take it.”
Lashing out at fans has become a theme for Neymar this season, who angrily confronted a supporter who called him too fat after their last match.
“I have to do everything? Shut up!” he was heard shouting back.
“Am I being impulsive? I give my life here! Show some respect!”
There is at least some good news for ‘Ney’…
