Thierry Henry could be set to return to football at the very highest level according to reports in France.
Iconic Parisian weekly Le Journal du Dimanche claim Jurgen Klopp’s Red Bull have made contact with the Arsenal legend over their RB Leipzig vacancy.
Leipzig, Red Bull’s headline team, parted ways with Marco Rose earlier in April, and are looking for a new head coach for the new campaign.
Henry’s last job with France’s U23 Olympic side is said to have impressed a management group that puts massive emphasis on youth development.
JDD also add that Henry’s style of football is off interest, plus the fact he was a Red Bull employee as a player with their New York MLS side.
