Man management issues continue to disrupt Xabi Alonso’s start at Real Madrid, and Vinicius Jr has now stepped things up.
AS report that the Brazilian has tied his future to Alonso, telling the club he won’t renew his contract if the club great stays as coach.
That may not come as much of a threat, given Vini has virtually ran out of any support in Madrid over his antics, but the outlet add that Rodrygo, Eduardo Camavinga and Fede Valverde are all frustrated.
However, as an example of how little support Vinicius still has in Madrid, Spain’s greatest athlete and huge Real fan, Rafa Nadal, has given his thoughts on the player the same day the story of his discontent broke.
“This situation can be resolved through discussion,” the tennis legend said during an interview.
“Vini needs to understand who the authority is at the club and respect it.
“He’s the one who needs to want to improve first. I think he needs strong allies, and at Real Madrid, he’ll find the right people.”
