Vinicius Jnr has been torn to pieces for his role in Real Madrid’s 4-3 Clasico defeat to Barcelona.
The Brazilian Ballon d’Or runner up recorded two assists for Kylian Mbappe in the thrilling derby, but it was his actions coming off the pitch that drew the most ire.
In the 75th minute he pulled up after a lung busting run and asked for a substitution.
However, with Endrick stripped and ready to go on the touchline, Vinicius asked Carlo Ancelotti to let him keep playing, which he did until the 88th minute.
Responding to the scenes, former Madrid player Alvaro Benito said: “What Vinicius did is unspeakable. It’s a disgrace, take him off.”
AS editor Tomas Roncero agreed saying: “Carleto is telling him this, but what’s he going to do? Just get rid of him.”
Cadena SER host Antonio Romero added: “A lamentable game from Vinicius. He played a shameless game, extending to almost the entire season he’s been playing.”
