The Colombian was sent off after scoring twice in a 2-1 Champions League win on November 4th when he went through the back of Achraf Hakimi.
He missed the following match against Arsenal as part of a three-game ban, but Bayern had already appealed to try and reduce the suspension to one or two games.
Next up are Sporting in just five days time, and Sport1 say Bayern are yet to hear back over their appeal a month after the initial red card.
They say that ‘this situation is baffling to those in charge’ and ‘impatience is growing’
