Two leaders of the Rosario Central Barrabrava ultra group were shot dead following an Argentine Primera División match against San Lorenzo.
Ole report that leader Andrés “Pillin” Bracamonte and right-hand man Daniel “Rana” Atardo were left ‘riddled with bullets’ after shots from a passing motorcycle struck them.
The pair were both banned from Rosario’s Gigante de Arroyito stadium due to violent pasts, which also saw Bracamonte targetted numerous times previously.
Ole claims that Bracamonte experienced 29 attempts on his life, with the 30th successful.
The 52-year-old took over the Barrabrava ultra group in the late 1990s and remained in power for over two decades.
During his high-profile time in Argentine football, he faced several charges and was even arrested. He was also investigated for ticket scalping, money laundering, extortion and gender violence.
Rosario Central had earlier made global news in the summer when foot.mundo reported that their attempts to re-sign club legend Angel Di Maria were ended by threats from local mafia groups.
