Speculation around Michael Olise’s future has started to create noise in the Bayern Munich dressing room.
BILD report that the Frenchman and his teammates are aware of interest from Liverpool, Real Madrid and Manchester City.
Furthermore, it’s claimed a €200million fee is being considered by interested parties.
As such, the talks have even reached Bayern sporting director Max Eberl.
Responding to the stories, he said: “We’re not giving it a second thought.
“He’s an FC Bayern player and has all the opportunities here that top players could wish for. We want to shape the future with him.
“Olise knows what he has in us, and vice versa. It’s a good fit.”
Asked about an extension on his deal that runs until 2029, he responded: “Generally, you’re always in contact with your players. But what we discuss stays internal.”
CEO Jan-Christian Dreesen was also asked about Olise given his world class form this season.
“No matter which club is flirting with him: anyone who plays for FC Bayern knows what they have at FC Bayern,” he responded to BILD.
“We’re playing for titles, and that’s the most important thing for exceptional players like him.
“For this type of player, it’s all about competing for titles. There aren’t that many clubs that offer that, and we’re certainly one of the few that can do it.
“That’s why I’m absolutely certain that Michael knows what he has in us.”
