Star Strasbourg wideman Valentin Barco is said to be ‘furious’ with his club over a ban that will see him miss a clash against PSG.
The Argentine has become a key player for the BlueCo side this season, but won’t be able to showcase his talents against the league’s best team due to a suspension.
Due to a red card on November 22nd, league rules stated a yellow card in his next 10 games would result in a one match ban.
Barco wasn’t aware of this, however, and L’Equipe report that he’s fuming with Strasbourg.
“He wasn’t warned,” one of his associates is quoted as saying.
“It’s unprofessional of the club, and especially of Kader Mangane [squad manager]; it’s his job. It’s completely unacceptable.”
