A shipping container which was used by the Super Dragões ultra group has been removed from outside of FC Porto’s stadium.
The famous fan meeting point was used for storing and selling Super Dragões merchandise, and allegedly a ticket resale scheme took place there too.
The decision was made to remove the famous object just two days before the new season is ushered in with a friendly against Cristiano Ronaldo’s Al Nassr at the Estádio do Dragão.
The move comes six months on from police raids on members of the ultra group, in what was known as ‘Operação Pretoriano’.
A total of 12 arrests were made on January 31, with Super Dragões leader Fernando Madureira later sentenced to prison.
