Neymar’s future is up in the air, but now we have some clarity.
The Brazil icon spent the second half of the 2024/25 season at boyhood club Santos after his big money and injury-riddled Al Hilal stint came to an end.
According to leading Turkish outlet Fanatik, Fenerbahce are making a substantial offer for the former Barcelona and PSG man.
“This week, we’re going to Miami to talk to clubs,” he said. “We have to listen to them and decide what we’re going to do.
“Yes, there are European clubs. Some are competing in the Champions League.
“They know he’s capable of having a great season, because the lights are green. But the Brazilian market is interesting too.
“There’s a good chance he’ll stay at Santos. I’m working for that. That doesn’t stop me from listening to other clubs.”
Neymar has also admitted he had talks with Fluminense over playing in the Club World Cup.
He said on a podcast: “I’ve talked to some teams about participating in the World Cup. Fluminense was very close, but I preferred to stay and train a little more.
“I’m 100% physically, but I still have to improve to get back to full fitness.”
