Benfica have been given a pair of fines for the behaviour of coach Jose Mourinho and director of football Mario Branco.
The Eagles won 2-1 against Arouca last time out and caused a scene post match.
Mourinho did not attend his post-match press conference in part of a media blackout over his sending off against FC Porto.
The club were fined €7,650 for failing to put a replacement coach in front of the press.
On top of that, they will have to pay €10,200 after Branco was accused of entering the referees’ locker room post-match.
According to the report by referee José Bessa and the League delegate, the Benfica football director threatened to “expose the past”.
“I came here out of respect, but what happened here today is a disgrace!” he was quoted as saying.
“If you want us to draw, just say so. I’m going to start exposing the past.”
His fine was for ‘damage to honour and reputation and malicious denunciation’.
Defender Amar Dedić has also been given a two-match suspension for an on-pitch fight with Alfonso Trezza.
