Real Madrid are ready and willing to give up on their dream of signing Kylian Mbappe.
Marca report that the Spanish giants will give the PSG star one final chance to provide them with his signature in the first week of January.
If he doesn’t, the club are happy to move on, deeming themselves covered up front with Jude Bellingham, Rodrygo, Vinicius Jr and Endrick – who will arrive in the summer.
Kylian Mbappe is free to join Real as a free agent on June 30, but that has been the case before in 2022 when he changed his mind and stayed in Paris.
So confident are Madrid with their position, that they’re only willing to offer the 25-year-old the same deal he rejected before, a €26million-per-year contract.
Madrid are desperate to avoid the embarrassment that occurred in 2022, when fans chanted against the forward following their Champions League final win over Liverpool.
