There were dramatic scenes at Barcelona’s Camp Nou stadium as builders were evicted for working on a Sunday against their licence.
Cadena SER report that the Barcelona City Police arrived and evicted workers for construction company Limak, enforcing the agreed-upon regulations, which prohibit work on the construction site on Sunday.
The GUB (Basque Government) recorded the incident and reported Limak for violating the license, however, the likely fine is reportedly just €300.
Contracts state that Barça are permitted to work on the new Camp Nou from Monday to Friday from 8am to midnight and on Saturdays from 10am to 8pm.
