Jadon Sancho is again on the radar at Borussia Dortmund ahead of this summer’s transfer window.
Sky Germany report that the two-time BVB winger is a topic at the club, having shone for them from 2017 to 2021.
Sancho became not just one of the best young players in the world, but one of the best players full stop in Germany with some outrageous goal and assist numbers.
He left for a then club record £72million to Manchester United where his career took a dramatic downturn.
Returning on loan for six months in 2024, Sancho showed signs of his old self back in Dortmund, but not enough for him to return permanently.
However, the picture is different this time as he will be a free agent in the summer, making him far less risky for BVB.
On top of that, Sky add that he would be willing to take a pay cut this time around, something that wasn’t possible with his hefty United contract.
BVB in need of recruits
Dortmund are in need for attackers behind their strikers with Julian Brandt to leave for free.
The club announced that the Germany international won’t extent his contract this summer and will depart as their most experienced current player.
Sky claim that the talented No.10 wants to play abroad, and has previously rejected offers from England, while Spain could be an option due to his Catalan partner.
