PSG manager Luis Enrique was again forced to fend off questions about Kylian Mbappe.

The pair’s relationship was again brought up in Luis Enrique’s most recent press conference, which provoked both annoyance and sarcasm.

Recent reports claim Mbappe is unhappy with his role as a centre forward, instead wanting to play on the wing, something that his coach won’t allow.

Asked about their relationship, the Spaniard replied: “It’s perfect, as always. We’re not a couple, but almost. He’s the one who doesn’t want to get married.

“I don’t know why you often ask me that question. With Kylian from the start, we have always been close. He smiles, he makes jokes and I like to laugh too.

“I am delighted with it but not only with him. With everyone, I have a great relationship even if I know that the players who play less are less happy.”
