Jadon Sancho back to Borussia Dortmund? Wait and see.
The English winger becomes a free agent this summer, making him a far more attractive prospect for the club where he made his name.
Currently on loan at Aston Villa from Manchester United, Sancho may have a route back home to Dortmund, with BVB keen on new wingers this summer.
However, despite reports that he’s not at the top of BVB’s list, it’s now emerged that president Hans-Joachim Watzke is pushing for a return.
Backing the idea is the man Sancho has said is his favourite ever teammate.
Reus backs Sancho return
BVB legend Marco Reus commented: “My primary advice to Jadon is to look for a place where he feels comfortable again and can rediscover his game.
“And if that’s at BVB , then it would be good for both him and Dortmund.
“I have rarely played with a player who instinctively made such good decisions in tight situations.
“Aside from his assists and goals, he knows what the game needs and what his teammates need.
“He’s a player who can draw two or three opponents to him and can accurately assess when to involve his teammates at the right moments.”
