Bryan Zaragoza’s Bayern Munich career could be over before it even started after another poor showing for the record Bundesliga champions.
The Spaniard, who joined ahead of schedule in January 2024 from Granada, has reportedly been told by sporting directors Max Eberl and Christoph Freund that he is free to leave, at least on loan, for the 2024/25 season.
The news comes after another disastrous showing against Tottenham in pre-season.
Zaragoza was initially signed for the 2024/25 season for €15million, but Bayern paid a further €5m to bring the deal forward to the winter window after a number of injury issues cropped up.
However, Zaragoza appeared just seven times during the run-in, and has again been well below par in pre-season.
