Just two games into his Lyon career and France is already smitten with Endrick.
The Brazilian joined on loan until the end of the season from Real Madrid and has already banged in a goal and assist in two starts.
He’s also been part of back-to-back 2-1 wins against tough opposition, and L’Equipe were very impressed after his latest show against Brest.
“Endrick has already conquered Lyon,” the leading sports outlet said.
“His performance down the right flank, his double accelerations, his on-the-fly ball control, and his wide range of dribbling skills provoked rare emotions.
“This bodes well for Lyon ‘s attacking prowess when Malick Fofana and Ernest Nuamah are back in action.”
It’s not just his on pitch showings either, but off he’s already won over their fans.
Talking up his first home appearance, he said: “I had seen how big and beautiful the stadium was. I imagined playing there with so many people. It was incredible.”
